CCAN Director Intern
REMOTE - Part-time
The CCAN Director Intern will support the Christian College Alumni Network (CCAN) initiatives, focusing on connecting professionals with students and recent graduates for mentorship and career development. This role aligns closely with CHEF’s broader mission by ensuring students and alumni have access to a thriving support network. Approximately 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work hours that suit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing the CCAN database of participants’ needs on Notion.

Support the mentorship program by matching students with appropriate mentors and tracking the progress of mentorship relationships.

Develop and post engaging social media content and graphics to promote CCAN initiatives.

Provide administrative support for CCAN and the broader CHEF Career and Mentorship Program.

Like, comment, and engage in the LinkedIn group to foster community and interaction.

Collaborate with the Director of the Career and Mentorship Program on recruitment and onboarding of professionals to join the mentorship network.

Commit to a weekly meeting with the COO to discuss progress and upcoming tasks.
Preferred Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university, preferably a Christian institution.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in basic computer skills and social media platforms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for Christian higher education and supporting the professional growth of students.
